Yes, our agency often supplies our aides into facilities to provide that one on one care to cater to our clients needs giving them a personal experience rather than depending on facilities staffing.

Yes our agency is licensed through the Agency for Health Care Administration.

We carefully select our caregivers through a thorough interviewing process with nationwide background screenings and reference checks.   Our agency prides itself on a low turnover of staff giving us a higher level of comfort knowing that we are selecting aides that we know and trust

Getting a caregiver quickly is one of the areas that our agency excels.  Our staffing coordinators are top notch and can typically staff clients within the same day even within hours at times.

 Don’t worry, if your caregiver calls out sick or takes vacation our agency won’t leave you un-staffed.  We have many qualified caregivers on standby to assist in those situations.

Our agency always takes care of paying our caregiver’s.  Our clients will confirm the aides work days and work weeks before caregiver’s are paid and an invoices are submitted for accuracy 

Finding your own caregiver can be a risky decision.  Hiring your own caregiver does not ensure that your own person has a clean criminal history and does not provide the peace of mind of them being covered by insurance and bonding if an unfortunate event occurs

Yes, our caregivers continually go through training as required by our State’s regulatory board.
